Fighting sedentary lifestyle

Hello everyone, hope you're having a good day.

I heard that if even if you workout for an hour every single day and sit for the rest of the day you can be considered sedentary. I workout 4-6 times a week for about an hour each but am not seeing much weight loss. Well most of it is my fault for my bad eating but I do feel really inactive. I'm thinking about trying short 5-10 minute workouts in between classes. I also try walking during my lunch break but that hasn't happened much. Mostly I get in a 1 hour workout in the morning, a quick stretch during lunch, and then on a good day another workout or stretch after classes. The latter is usually less intense though. However, I still feel like I'm sitting and hunching all day.

Since schools were shut down many of us students are stuck glued to the computer all day in zoom calls and the like. How do you guys maintain an active lifestyle during quarantine, esp. those of you that sit down and work at computers all day? Any creative suggestions?
