Weight Fluctuations

I am feeling frustrated because I have been working out consistently and feeling good, but am at my highest weight and for weeks it did not budge. Then I played with macros and had a break through. My weight came down a few pounds and I felt like I was heading in the right direction. Then, without changing anything my wright suddenly jumped back up. I know a lot of people here don’t like counting calories, but that’s the only thing that has worked for me and I don’t starve myself or get too obsessed, it’s just a general tool to keep me thinking about what I’m eating. This time last year I was at my goal weight and used the same method I am using now to get there. I don’t understand why I’m stuck and I’m getting frustrated. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
