Accountability

I’ve made many posts like this, unfortunately. It’s been 13 months since I had my son and my exercise / better eating has been on and off, on and off, again and again. Motivated - unmotivated - busy - motivated - too busy - not motivated enough...

bleh.

I started FB30 Round 4 today. I felt very uncoordinated. Almost like I did when I very first started working out. I know I have let my body go for far too long.

We’ll see how this goes! Really wanting to stick with it.

My son is almost 13 months old but today I was doing an exercise and he tried copying me and I thought “I’d love for him to grow up realizing how important it is to make time for physical activity everyday.”
