Workout...finally complete!

Some of you may remember that I posted here last Wednesday about starting a workout but feeling too sick to continue. I was quite worried I was ill with COVID-19 and it was an anxious couple of days waiting for test results.

Great news all around, it was NOT COVID (possibly some sort of flu?) and after a few days of rest and sleep I’m back to full strength. Today my partner and I finally redid the workout from last Wednesday and it was so much easier this time around!

I have to go back to work tomorrow and although I’m feeling pretty anxious (it worries me that our COVID protocols didn’t stop the virus I got) I find that the workouts I’m doing really help me to manage that anxiety and feel that I’m really doing my best for my health.
