Maybe this topic is a little weird but I have to talk about it: I'm getting old. Well, it's not so much about my age (I turn 40 next year) it's my body. Like, if I'm feeling stiff in my neck, shoulders or wherever it takes longer and more stretching is needed than before to relax, I had my first calf cramp at night last week, my right hip feels tight for two weeks now and so on ... So it's nothing serious but I have the feeling that it's time to care a little more about my body. Probably we have 40 more years to go together (well, I hope so :-)) and it's time to listen even more what my body needs and appreciating what it is doing for me.
