Patting Myself on the Back

After years of struggling to work out consistently (and hardly working out at all since my son was born in 2017 😬), I have hit a good stride and I am so proud of myself! Usually I'll stick to a schedule for maybe a week before the dread sets in and I give up. This time I've been doing a few things differently and I think I figured out how to fit fitness comfortably into my life.

August has consisted of the 2-week Kickboxing challenge, the 1-week Busy People challenge, and the first week of FB Abs2. Today will be the only day I'm skipping my workout and that's because I just finished assembling a swing set, which took us 7 hours. Lol. I already have it manually entered for Friday to make sure I stay on pace.

I'm so happy to be working out with Fitness Blender and this community again 😊
