After spending a glorious week on Vancouver Island exploring Victoria, Ucluelet and Tofino it’s back to reality with some heavy duty lower body strength for the first day of my last week of Burn. I did SO MUCH WALKING the last week but nothing hits like a lower body Kelli video!
I am feeling so refreshed after taking some time out to disconnect from everything, it’s amazing how a real break can help restore your motivation! If you can take some time to get back into nature, I highly recommend it. Already looking forward to a return trip to the island, maybe in winter for some storm watching.
