Vegan meal plan questions...(week 1)

Okay!

So really quick- I picked up everything for week 1..

Day 1 - it just says cooked yam. I was going to bake this like some other days mentioned. What did y’all do?

There are some salads that have tofu mixed in (day 3&4, for one) — is this just raw, crumbled tofu- or do we cook it?

One meal calls for a cup of asparagus somewhere, how much asparagus would you use? It’s not something I would think to measure with cups...

Also, what sort of dark chocolate did everyone get?

As far as substitutions go- would you sub oats, granola, or rice for quinoa? 🤔 I’m not a fan. Oooh or maybe the shredded wheat.
