I’m new here, I’ve been working out with FB for the past year but never really got onto their website or community page for that matter. Now that I’m here, I’ve seen that the programs are really helping a lot of you so I’ve decided that I should get one too! The problem is I don’t know which one. I’m quite fit, in my opinion but need to work to lose that last bit of belly fat and increase endurance as well as muscle. I was thinking maybe Fit or Strong? I would love to know your opinion!
