Happy Sunday, everyone! (Or for our friends in future time zones, perhaps it's already Monday where you are).
How's everyone's day going? Are we resting or working today? For me, I am thinking a long walk followed by some stretching. I don't want to do anything more strenuous because I'm starting Abs 2 tomorrow! Anyone else starting a new program this week?
Whatever kind of movement you do today, you'll need some food to go along with it, so what's everyone eating today? I have leftover tofu scramble and sweet potatoes, so my brunch is covered. I may do some Sunday afternoon baking if it doesn't get too hot. Cookies seem like a nice Sunday treat.
