Hello FB Friends,
We made it to the weekend! I hope everyone is having a nice one so far. For today's picture, I decided to share one from earlier this week when I made vegan sushi. It has tofu, roasted sweet potatoes, carrots, and avocado. It was really delicious!
Speaking of food, what's on your plates today? Sadly, I won't be having that sushi again, but I will have more sweet potatoes. I think I will serve them along with a tofu scramble. What's everyone else eating today?
What's food for, if not fuel? What activities are we gearing up for today? I'm sore all over from the KB challenge, so I'll be doing some stretching but not much else. A rest day is just what I need!
And now finally, a random question for you all: for those of you who do programs, what day of the week do you like to start them? For me, it's always Monday, that way I can work out M-F with my rest days on the weekends. However, I get the sense that some folks here might start programs on other days of the week. So tell me how you like to roll when it comes to programs and schedules!
