How's the Saturday coming along?
Ahem, for me, it was trying to be "in the moment" 😆🤭 Can't say I succeeded or no 😏 It was Day 13 of Kickboxing Challenge, meaning the last day (😎) and finished it in style with a stretching routine. Well, super excited to check the program complete as well 😊 This KB challenge managed to kick my butt, but hey I sure did finish it 💪🏋🚴
From end March this year I've done Strong (💜), Blend (🙃), Abs 2 (🥰) and Sweat (😱), KB challenge (😈), Kelli-Belly community challenge (🥳) and Pulse community challenge (👻). Not sure what I'll do next, but I'm enjoying the ride ☺😊
So do you manage to "be in the moment" when relaxing or are you always thinking about food, like me 😁 And what current programs are you all doing, you might use an emoji to show what you feel about the program (psst: like I did above)?
