Staying consistent with FB30

After a long time, (think about an year) I am back to doing FB programs and being this consistent after 2 weeks into it. August is almost done. Hope September continues my streak!!

Started FB30 with a 1000 calorie workout as my test. Loved the burn by the end of it. 1000 calorie workouts mainly demand the time and leisure before and after the workout. I have done some HIIT and kickboxing workouts by Daniel which were tougher than the 1000 calorie one. Which is your favorite 1000 calorie FB workout and why? I want to give it a try at the end of my program.
