Help! (Really) lazy glutes

Hi everybody,

I have started working out regularly and noticed that I really (!) have lazy glutes. I feel them barely after a whole glute targeted workout and I'm actually concentrated on using them with every move i make. As a student and painter i have quite a sedentary lifestyle.

My question to you guys is: is there a 10-15 min glute activation (pilates) video you would recommend? One I could do before my strength trainings to reaaally get in 'touch' with my butt again :p
