I went to the gym this morning and worked out for 32 minutes (shorter than my normal). I then treated myself to 20 minutes of HydroMassage. 😴 😁
This evening, I did FB’s beginner Pilates routine.

I topped the night off with Kelli’s guided meditation (a new one for me).

Today’s “rest day” was great!
I’m looking forward to tomorrow. 😁
P.S. I am still undecided on which program I will be starting come September 1st. I’ll either be redoing Sweat or Abs 2, or will give Fit, Blend, or Bodyweight a try. So many decisions ... and so little time.
