Kicked my butt!

Did this HIIT workout today!

It was hard, but I LOVED it!! I felt like I was sort of struggling to get my heart rate up during the first portion, so I substituted some more “intense” moves I’ve learned from FB in the second half especially to help me boost my HR!

I’m done with HIIT until next week, and this was a fun note to close this week’s HIIT sessions on!

I’ll be doing strength tomorrow I believe. Any 20-40 minute (I know big range 🤣) video suggestions? No parameters but the time - just curious about some fav blender go to‘s on strength days!
