Starting a new program

Last Monday was my first day of FB30. It was my first workout again after having a break from working out for more than a month. Two days into the program and my body got sooo sore, I didn't think I could do a HIIT today, which is the scheduled program for Day03. So, I listened to my body and did this instead:
