Gota thank FB community, knee pain gone!!

I'd like to take the time to thank all of you for the advice you all gave me several months back. I started working out in January and if anyone remembers I was complaining about severe knee pain 2 months into working out. I was sure too bad this is me I have bad knees...but turns out with all your advice and guidance I got rid of it I think :) I took a break on my legs and did abs and upper body workouts for awhile then got back into lower body workouts with proper form on squats and lunges etc...and am now doing all workouts with no pain during and after!!I feel so proud and happy because I was almost about to give up....thank you all so much!!!and of course daniel and Kelly for giving us those super workouts and motivation!!!!
