I lost motivation! :(

Hello everyone,

I'm not new to FB. I've made FbFit, FbBooty, FbAbs more than once.. I was following a healthy diet. I lost weight and reached my goal. But since then (~2 months ago), I don't workout any more. I also eat like before the diet, i.e unhealthy food or too much sugar/carbohydrates...

I'm starting to gain weight again, and I feel bad. But I have no time, I go back home tired (it's a new situation). I have a small injury in my foot that doesn't let me workout properly, but I will treat it soon. Meanwhile, I don't know how I will go back to working out, and how will I find the motivation to keep training, as long as I'm alive! It stops me when I think about it.
