So I just purchased the vegan meal plan...

I was wondering, what do we put on the toast?

I’m looking through it now. Both nervous and excited. A lot of this is things I wouldn’t normally make for myself- I’m salad averse.😂😂 and lots of foods I don’t normally buy (wasa crackers, acorn squash, etc,)

But it all looks good.

If anyone has any tips/tricks/experience with this plan, I’d love to hear it!
