KEEP GOING

Hi there! I have been getting up every morning at 6:15 for 2 weeks to get back into working out. I have been doing low impact mostly because I've been scared of not being able to breath with more cardio. Well this morning I did Cardio Kickboxing and Bodyweight Cardio Workout - Fat Burning Interval and got sick during the last interval. I am not sure if I feel mad, angry or upset at my body or all three. BUT after brushing my teeth I did go back and do some back stretches. I am proud of that!

I guess what I am saying is 1. be kind to your body. 2, keep up your motivation and 3. know your body! know what it can handle and what it can't and if you aren't able to do certain exercises yet - IT IS OKAY!
