Looking for some menopausal advise 🥴

I'm struggling with muscles and tendons which seem to become weaker and weaker. They are overreacting on any kind of workout, even fbreach resulted in sore and strained muscles. Since we're on vacation now I decided to let it rest, but even an hour walking gives complaints of Achilles tendon, and biking hurts the glutes. I don't get much sleep either, because of stiff back and shoulders and menopausal hot flashes. Very frustrating all together.

So since I'm very clearly going through menopause, I was searching the internet and it appears that menopause can have influence on muscles and tendons, because your body makes less oestrogen and therefore also less collagen, which is needed for strong muscles and tendons.

So I bought collagen supplement.

But long story short, is there someone here who had similar experience and maybe some ideas on what could help?
