Fell off the wagon 😭

Hey guys. So I haven’t done workouts now for almost 3 weeks because of my work schedule and the stress that I’ve been under from work that has directly started to affect my health with issues I didn’t have before. Before all of this even with working long hours I would manage to at least get in a 10-15 min quickie workout before I would start work but since I’ve been sick I have no energy to do anything. Will be starting another new job soon as I has to get away from the previous one that was toxic to my health and the new job will also have very long hours. Any suggestions on how to get back on track with even if it’s a short 10 mins?
