Anyone Feeling Burnt Out?

Hi All!

I am stuck in a workout rut. Starting right before covid came greatly to the states in March and I couldn’t leave home , I started my first program. Since then I’ve done four in total back to back - 16 weeks. Now I’m just struggling to start a new program even having bought FB Plus to motivate myself with new workouts. Is anyone feeling the same? What have you done to help get yourself back into it? It’s been the last two weeks where I’m just like Ah, any excuse to not work out! It could be that I’m very over just being home since March and working from home has been extremely long hours but I’m really trying to be in a more positive mindset about it.

I appreciate any advice of how you have gotten yourself out of a rut like this!
