5/5 insane fat burner complete

So today I finished week 3 of Bodyweight R2 (as far as harder workouts go, tomorrow I have yoga/pilates) and this beast of a workout got me questioning my sanity as why am I doing this to myself 😂 at times I discovered I am able to push myself so much that I wasnt aware of till now! Especially with burpees and 3-2-1 jump squats, so that was a pleasant surprise. I had to do a slight modifications here and there (instead of broad jump did 3 squat pulses-I live in an apartment) but it was still very challenging!

The core section was pretty brutal though, had to take a few sec break somewhere after 30 seconds to the excercise.
