Exercise while injured

Hi, I was almost done the FB30 8wk program when I got injured (not related to the program). I was very happy with the progress I made and that making time to workout was becoming a habit. However I have limited arm use at the moment and cannot lift weights or do body weight on that arm. I feel like I am regressing, and would love some ideas of what I can do that will help maintain my current level of fitness until I have healed enough for full use.
