Why does Kelli want to kill me?!?!

I was looking for a short and effective leg workout, and boy did I find it (https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/brutal-butt-and-thigh-workout-for-fat-burning-and-lean-muscle-building). This was THE HARDEST 30 min strength workout I’ve ever done. I literally died. If I’m not sore from this I don’t know what will make me sore. But, thank you Kelli for this awesome and torturous workout. I loved you and hated you at the same time during the workout, but I know it was good I did it. #workoutcomplete:)
