Before/ after

I took the picture when I realise it was time to do something about my health.

I had to buy a whole wardrobe because i changed size after giving birth. I did not had time to workout again when i learned that I was pregnant again. I gave birth a second time. I lose some weight because of breastfeading. But then with quarantine, i order junk food like 3 times a week, drank 2 can of cokes daily and i started to not fit on my after first pregnancy clothes.

I refuse to shop bigger clothes. My babies were doing their nights, i started sleeping again so i knew it was time to workout again.

I did de bodyweight workout plan and then de 30 FB workout plan.

I have no idea how much a lose but i never felt so good in my body again and now i feel sexy!
