Workouts With Yours Eyes Closed?

Hello Again Blender Family!

I'm sure a lot of you have guessed I'm posting a lot since I can't really workout due to my joints so I have been watching workout videos and just wondering and keeping the motivation there. I was watching a Jillian Michaels video I haven't done in about two to three years and there were a few exercises in there that required balancing on one leg. So I was remembering how I did some exercises during some workouts and wondered, "Hmm...I wonder what would happen if I closed my eyes doing this?" I figured everything would remain the same since some workouts I was completely still. Yet, to my surprise I was struggling 10x harder than when my eyes were open. It's crazy to see how working out is harder when your eyes are closed and how balance really changes without being able to see anything. Have any of you guys tried this before? How did you feel about it?

I think Kelli and Daniel have one routine with Daniel doing a balance challenge workout with eyes closed and I thought it was really cool and interesting. Maybe they should do more? Do you guys think it's a good or bad idea? I think personally it would be cool. I feel like our bodies would be a lot more challenged and be able to do more with our eyes closed. Obviously, while staying safe and making sure you have something to hold or grab onto in case of wobbling. Something bodyweight too. Don't want any weights falling on feet or destroying furniture. Just something random I was wondering about.
