Core intensive


Lower Body w/o was scheduled for today but my glutes are too sore from Wednesday's w/o so I got my #workoutcomplete with tomorrow's core w/o. (confused yet? Lol) The Kneeling Back Extension was really different; not sure I did it correctly....

Tomorrow I should be able to complete my week with the Lower Body w/o. Til then, power on Blenders! ✔
