Starting strong on Monday 8.24.20

I've had enough. My weight is getting out of control, it's partially food and partially exercise. I'm going back to a program that gave me results in the past = strong. It helps that strong is my favorite program so hopefully that will keep me motivated. I've started making the appropriate food adjustments and just in a little over a week and I can already see a difference.

I am also adding three days of Zumba per week to make sure I'm getting my cardio. If I miss virtual Zumba I will do a HIIT video.

Fitness is a lifelong journey, friends. We have to stay on top of our health. Happy Friday!
