Need Support for Motivation!

Hi all,

I am looking for some support and ideas around motivation. I have been active all of my life. But the past 2 years for several reasons have been rough. I have been mostly sedentary and have gained about 50lbs. I have had random spurts of activity during this time, but nothing consistent. I REALLY want to get back to my previous activity and health level and am having a hard time getting motivated.

I appreciate your support and for just reading this! It helps to just get it out!
