PFT results and a Thank You

These are my PFT results before and after FB FIT round 2. In addition to FB FIT R2, I have completed SWEAT and BURN! I am noticing significant results since beginning FB at the end up April. One of the biggest things that I have noticed is how much easier it is for me to do lunges and curtsy lunges! Especially after rest days! Another thing that I have noticed lots of progress in is side planks. I still mostly do those on my knees but they are definitely easier. Side planks were very difficult for me for a while and still are but I have made progress! I will post progress pics probably tomorrow and then I am starting FB STRONG on Friday. I am grateful for fitness blender and the FB community. Thank you Kelli and Daniel. I love working out with real, authentic, sometimes silly, super positive, relatable people!! FB has helped me to stay motivated and continue to keep myself accountable and on track with my fitness/life goals!
