Some of the workouts [not many] are labeled tabata. Lots of them are hiit. I can't figure out if there is a difference. I'm interestd in increasing endurance - so I thought, for example, the hour-long "tabata" workout for the upper body with 8 repeats of each exercise was about right for endurance. Using a lot lighter weight than usual of course. So is that different from HIIT? And what else is good for endurance?
