How I feel in general today:

Sensitive and tired. I don't really feel like doing much of anything at all today, except for maybe just go to sleep and ask God to help me. I'm struggling and I just want this to be over. This meaning everything keeping me from being with my fiance, and everything that is hard in life right now with me not knowing quite what to do with my life after so much just going wrong. But I know that God is in control. I know that He sees the solution and the end to all of this even when I don't. That has to be enough right now.

How my body feels today:

I'm tired and my head has been hurting a little bit. Also my arms are feeling a little sore which is most likely from the workout yesterday, so I'll take that as a good thing.

What workout/s did I do:

Day 5 of FB Reach.

Stretching, Pilates and Yoga blend for 27 minutes (2/5).

How did it go:

Really well. This is one of my favorite relaxing workouts, and it's exactly what I needed today.

How do I feel now:

More relaxed and at peace. I even stayed on my workout mat for a while after the workout ended. I was just laying there relaxing, praying a little bit and having some time to myself and it felt so good.
