Be Kind to Yourself

I just started re-working out after about 5/6 years last week. I get up early and workout before work. It has been difficult not necessarily because I don't want to workout but because I have sleep disorders and haven't been sleeping well for the past month. This morning my alarm went off and I tried sitting up and I just could not do it. I left myself go back to sleep until my regular alarm went off. Normally Id be so angry at myself for not getting up and completing my daily goal but I decided to be kind to myself. If I get mad at myself it may stop me from working out completely because Id be discouraged. But not today! I will try again tomorrow!
