Bodyweight round 1 - day one

My energy levels are so much better in the last 3 weeks. For the last 2 I've been doing random workout videos, 2x a week, and walking at a moderate pace for about 30 minutes 2x a week.

I started the Bodyweight round one program today...I'd done it before, a long, long time ago. I'm doing it now cos I'm not quite ready to lift weights yet, plus I want to take these next few weeks to really focus on form.

I also will incorporate 30 minute beginner spinning to my schedule once a week. I miss spinning so much, and it's been a struggle not to get on that bike and go!

I've also incorporated some yoga. I downloaded the Down Dog for Beginner app on my phone and have completed the 3 session Restorative yoga videos. As of tomorrow I will begin Beginner Down Dog yoga. p.s. I think I'm hooked on this app....it's so well put together!
