Bye-bye scale! Obsessing takes too much energy.

I'm over it. I'm healthy and strong and I eat healthy meals (for the most part). I enjoy exercise and Daniel and Kelli have helped me continue looking forward to workouts each week. I'm where I want to be. I'm going to have weeks when my weight goes up (holidays, birthdays, general laziness, indulgence in fun foods, etc.) BUT- a week of mindful eating and exercise and I'm back on track. I am sick of obsessing. It's just not worth it. So I'm going to stop now. I'm going to love my healthy and strong body instead. I'm going to be confident about myself instead. I'm going to stop comparing and start feeling good about who I am and proud for what I've accomplished. Yeah... That sounds so much better.
