Last week I took the whole week off of working out. I also wasn't as diligent on my eating. I needed it. I was so exhausted for some reason and I knew that I needed a week. I have been on a program since end of February and it has been amazing to watch myself get stronger. So this break was definitely needed I didn't want to burn out by pushing too hard. I have been with FB almost 3 years now😳 crazy to think it's almost been that long, and bc of FB my whole life really changed. I have learned so much from Daniel and Kelli as well as many members of the community 🤗 This morning I got in my workout complete and it was amazing, I pushed myself and I felt so much better than I did a few weeks ago. So just remember guys it's okay to take a break. Have a great day!
