Just finished the 3 day stretch challenge. I completed the 4 week Low Impact last Friday and then spent a day weekend on vacation...so I thought this would be a good transition before starting the 5 day busy people challenge next week.
First day was my favorite and then the 3rd.
Also looking forward to maybe getting the new FB Strong and starting it at the end of the month (I have a six day class mid month that is going to make my schedule a bit tough - hoping to be able to get lots of walking in those days).
