Well, I did the 1000 calorie workout yesterday, 🥵 but I cannot let Belly-Buddies start the challenge alone, can I? 😉

I am sore all over, but I managed to do EC for now and the main will be done this evening. Maybe. 😅

We had pretty light lunch, poached chicken and veggies, so I'm sure we will go with something grilled for dinner. 🤤
