Almost 40lbs down, 10lbs to go, still feeling hefty.

Hey fam,

So as the title suggests I've lost a bit, got a bit to go. I know I've lost lbs, inches, gained endurance and strength. But I can't help feeling just as large, bulky, boxy. Like I didn't shed any weight at all. I know my clothes were falling off and were replaced by smaller clothes, but this doesn't help my overall feeling of the space I take up.

What do you guys do to shake these dymorphic-esque feelings? Any advice welcome.
