Back/shoulder pain and feeling down

I’ve been feeling so tired lately, my back hurts, and my should has also been hurting. I got 5 mosquito bites that are so swollen. I decided to take a rest day, but part of me feels guilty for not working out. Am I just being lazy...I don’t know. I’m feeling nervous that my back has been hurting and my shoulder (whenever I do shoulder strength training). I don’t know what caused the pain or how to fix it. I don’t know if the workouts I do are making it worse or if I should push through. I have been doing rather intense workouts. Squats and deadlifts may just make the back pain worse...
