Kickboxing Challenge - Day 2

I completed my workout for today. I had between two different workouts to choose from one was a butt and thigh workout, and the other one was a total body strength workout. I did the butt and thigh workout because I wanted to give my arms a rest, from working out and decided to workout out my butt and thighs instead. I didn't really feel like walking this morning so I was a little slow on the walk, but I didn't get in as many steps and not getting over a mile and a half. It felt nice on my butt and thighs after the workout even though my lower body was feeling it, it was still nice for a change. After that I cleaned the alpaca pen and then I was washing my sheets and clothes, then I was talking to my Grandpa. This afternoon I was working on the puzzle with my mom because we couldn't really do anything outside with how hot it is, and I also took care of the animals for the night so that way they both have food and water for the next day.
