Don't Neglect Cardio!

Regardless of your specific fitness goals, you don’t want to neglect your cardiovascular health.

You’ve heard this from us before, but when it comes to exercise, varying your training types is the best thing you can do for overall health and building functional fitness.

Not only does changing up your routines mean that you have to stay more present during your workouts (as opposed to just “going through the motions” of a workout you know very well), but keeping your body guessing and challenged in different ways means that your time spent working out is maximally beneficial.

Different types of training work great to meet different goals, but in order to round out any plan and to make it maximally smart and healthy for your body, make sure you are getting some good cardio in, at least a few times a week.
