My first week off in a long time. :o

This was actually the first week in a very long time where I did no workout at all, although I was generally fit an healthy. I really wanted to finish another project I had in my mind for a while: My old denim vest was still from my very heavy days and it just didn't fit me anymore, so I got a new jacket and started sewing on the patches through the last weeks. But since it's strictly forbidden to use a sewing machine for such a vest, it just took too much time. So this week I used every free minute between work and going to bed in order to finish the project. I am very happy with the result and well, it even felt nice to just do a whole regeneration week without any urgent reason. Really looking forward to restart my workouts next week though! :D
