If you’ve done even one workout with us, you know how much attention we give to maintaining good form.

It really cannot be overestimated—proper form is by far the most important aspect to focus on during any type of training. It is great to push yourself, of course, but not to the detriment of good form.

Good form and using your entire range of motion leads to maximum muscle development and true functional fitness.

Bad form and using a limited range of motion can create or intensify weak spots; it can also cause long-term issues with chronic pain, discomfort, and overall joint stability.
