Weight-loss plateau

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone have any suggestions for how I can get past weight-loss plateau? I’ve been working out with fitness blender for six months and have lost 28 lb but I haven’t lost any weights in the last two weeks. I’ve cut back my calories and added to my workout hours but still nothing. I’m just stuck at 153.4 lb. I have 13 more pounds to lose. My husband says that it looks like I’ve lost weight in the past two weeks but the numbers on the scale aren’t budging 😞
