Lunge success!

Hello all

So today I had a major breakthrough! I am working on Burn and Reach and loving that combination. I am already seeing flex gains and I was reasonably flexible before I started.

I have knee issues and although I mastered squats some time ago (apart from ski squats which are still tricky) lunges have been a no go. Well I must have built some leg strength because today whilst doing this;

I realised I can do both side and reverse lunges! OK BW only and nowhere near as deep as Daniel but my ROM is way better than it was! Definite progress!
