Injured Shoulder Getting Me Down

Hi All,

This is my first post on FB, though I've been lurking for a while. :)

Thus far, I've completed the 2 Low Impact Workout Programs, and I started FB Fit-Round 2 about 2 weeks ago.

I recently got new weights, and have really been enjoying the strength portions; however, I think I over-did it and have injured my shoulder. I took a week off the program, but I did do lower body and some cardio to kind of keep the momentum going.

I was set to re-start Fit Round 2 today, but my shoulder actually feels worse. So, I guess I'll be taking a full week off (no other workouts, probably just walking), which is super disheartening.

I'm feeling frustrated that my body isn't allowing me to continue working on my goals (and preventing me from one of the only de-stressing things I do during a difficult period).

Any advice? Commiseration? Thoughts?
